Where to find information and how to contact support.

Congratulations on choosing Door Cloud as your access control solution! We hope you will enjoy your experience as much as we have enjoyed designing, developing and continually perfecting the system.

This is only the introductory bit of the Help system. To see the whole thing you need to be logged in.

Given the nature of access control, once the system is set up, it will hum quietly in the background. If something happens, the system will notify you and you will be able to respond quickly. Normally, this only happens occasionally, and when it does, there are two important things you can rely on (note the order):

Since you are here, we assume you have no problems navigating the Help content. Just in case, let us remind you to use the Search, it turns out to be super useful. Also use the Glossary. It will quickly familiarize you with the basic concepts and terminology we have chosen to use.

As you may have noticed, access control can sometimes be difficult to understand because of complex concepts and differences in naming. For example, what we refer to as "access profile" others may call "access rights" or "access preset" or "access group" or even "access share"... So please refer to the Glossary whenever in doubt.

You can also use the Help directory as a quick overview of Door Cloud features. If something is not listed or cannot be found by searching, it probably does not exist (yet).

DOOR CLOUD SUPPORT

If you are still stuck after checking the Help, use the support chat. It's always available and waiting in the bottom right corner of your browser. Looks like this:

The chat is your direct contact with our in-house support team. The front desk is served by a well-trained AI bot, and humans are available by request. Such hybrid setup provides you with the best combination of speed and expertise.

Chat freely because it's free. Support chat is covered by your Door Cloud subscription. The language is English and the response time should never exceed "the same or next business day" standard.
